Student Council
Description: Students develop leadership skills and represent the CMS student body by expressing student concerns to the administration, improving school climate, and rendering service to the school and community.
Eligibility Requirements: Must meet academic criteria and maintain a good disciplinary record
Time Commitment: Must attend committee meetings held monthly.

The CMS Talent Show was held on Friday, April 13. More than 250 people attended the show. Student Council is donating the proceeds from the show to the SPCA. Jenna Cohn came in first place, Chrissy Woods came in second place and Cody Deyoc and Brandon Moore came in third place.
The Sixth and Seventh Grade Dance will take place on Friday, April 27 at 7:00. Tickets are $5.00 and will be on sale the week of the dance.
Look for upcoming information on the American Diabetes Walk-a-thon which will be held the last week of May.
The election meeting for students interested in running for Executive office next year will be held on April 30 during activity period.
