Student Council
Description: Students develop leadership skills and represent the CMS student body by expressing student concerns to the administration, improving school climate, and rendering service to the school and community.
Eligibility Requirements: Must meet academic criteria and maintain a good disciplinary record
Time Commitment: Must attend committee meetings held monthly.

Payment or the return of all Entertainment 2010 North Books must be made by October 19. Checks should be made payable to CMS Student Council.
Barnes and Noble Family Reading Night will be held on Thursday, October 22, 2009 from 6:30-8:30. There will be a celebrity reader joining us that night. Free Starbucks samples will be available. There will be raffle tickets given out throughout the evening for attending and for purchasing itmes from Barnes and Noble.
California Pizza Kitchen Family Night will take place on Monday, October 26, 2009 from 5:00 until closing. Please present the CMS voucher when placing your order so that Student Council receives credit from the restaurant.
Thanksgiving Pies are now on sale from Student Council. Cherry, Pumpkin, Apple Crumb and Lemon Meringue pies can be ordered. The pies are $8.00 each. Pie pick-up will take place on Tuesday, November 24 from 1:30 until 5 o'clock.
