Explore World Languages

Welcome to World Languages at Colonial Middle School!

CSD students may be eligible to start taking a World Language as early as 7th grade.  At Colonial Middle School, students may study one of three languages:  French, Latin, or Spanish. Students will study a language for the entire school year and take a cumulative final exam in June.

We, the CMS World Language Department, have created this site to help facilitate student language selection.  With more exposure to expectations for each of the language courses, students and parents will be able to make a more informed choice.
