Office of Open Records

The purpose of the Office of Open Records is to enforce the state’s Right-to-Know law and to serve as a resource for citizens, public officials and members of the media in obtaining public records of the Colonial School District. 

Records request forms may be obtained in the District Office, located on the first floor of Colonial Elementary School, 230 Flourtown Road in Plymouth Meeting or may be printed by clicking the link below. Records requests should be submitted to:
